A Carnegie Mellon University graduate with a foundation in drawing, painting, and digital media, Rob integrates traditional artistry into his motion graphics and animated illustrations. This fine arts background enriches his work, infusing it with depth, texture, and a nuanced understanding of visual storytelling.

 

His collaborations with global media outlets such as Rolling Stone, WebMD, and Conde Nast showcase his ability to blend artistic skill with commercial appeal.

 

An award-winning artist, Rob has received multiple EDDIE Awards for excellence in film editing, underscoring his technical proficiency and creative vision. Co-directed with Politico editor Michael Gartland, his independent film, "Yankeeland: In the Shadow of the Stadium," was featured in The New York Times' Sunday Arts section, highlighting its cultural impact.

 

As an Art and Filmmaking educator in Pittsburgh and New York City, he has taught animation and video production, with student works earning awards at Hamptons International Film Festival, Big Apple Film Fest, and beyond.
